  Bismillahi Rahmani Raheem Do you find it hard to sleep at night? Are you feeling anxiety, fear, or restless before sleep? Islam has given us beautiful Duas for protection and peaceful sleep. Sleep is from Allah. Allah says in the Quran: What Allah Said About Sleep in Quran: Arabic: وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ مَنَامُكُم بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ Transliteration: Wa min Aayatihi manaamukum bil-laili wan-nahaar Translation: "And among His signs is your sleep by night and by day."
