Bismillahi Rahmani Raheem Do you find it hard to sleep at night? Are you feeling anxiety, fear, or restless before sleep? Islam has given us beautiful Duas for protection and peaceful sleep. Sleep is from Allah. Allah says in the Quran: What Allah Said About Sleep in Quran: Arabic: وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ مَنَامُكُم بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ Transliteration: Wa min Aayatihi manaamukum bil-laili wan-nahaar Translation: "And among His signs is your sleep by night and by day." (Quran 30:23) And Allah says: اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الْأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا "Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that die not during their sleep."  Bismillah. Surah Ad-Duha is a Surah of hope. Allah revealed it when Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was very sad. Allah says: "By the morning light, and by the night when it is still. Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you." (Quran 93:1-3) TAFSIR (Meaning): 1.  Allah swears by the morning - meaning after every dark night, light must come. 2.  "Your Lord has not left you" - If you feel alone today, Allah is with you. Your sadness will end. 3.  Allah says "And the Hereafter is better for you than this world." (93:4) - This pain is temporary. LESSON FOR YOU TODAY: If you are broke, sad, or people left you - remember Surah Ad-Duha. Allah did not leave the Prophet, He will not leave you.
